Renters aged between 21 and 24 may rent cars at an additional daily surcharge and with a limited number of options from the Payless fleet of vehicles. The surcharge will not appear in the total reservation pricing. All renters must have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card in their name.

Foreign renters with a license not issued in the U.S. or Canada may be asked to also present a valid passport, in the same name as the drivers license, as a secondary identification at the time of check out. If the driver’s license is not in the Roman alphabet the driver/renter must also have an IDP, a translation of your driver’s license into 9 different languages.
